Terms and Conditions – z555 Pakistan Gaming Platform

Each player is permitted to hold one z555 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited. z555 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts involved may be closed, balances forfeited, and the player permanently banned from the Platform.

During registration, z555 may ask you to verify your identity by providing documentation such as a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other government-issued identification. You agree to provide such documentation promptly when requested. Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe specified by z555 may result in account restrictions or closure.

• You are responsible for all activity conducted from your z555 account, whether or not you personally carried out that activity.
• You must keep your registered contact details — including your mobile number and email address — current and accurate at all times. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may delay identity verification or withdrawal processing.
• You must not use any automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the z555 Platform in any way, including for the purposes of placing bets, navigating the interface, or accessing account information.
• You must not allow any other person to use your z555 account or place bets on your behalf.

All financial transactions on z555 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). z555 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank Transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. z555 charges zero platform fees on all deposits and withdrawals. Any charges that appear during a bank transfer may be charges levied by your bank, not by z555. We have no control over and take no responsibility for third-party banking fees applied by your financial institution.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank transfer and card payments.
• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in line with z555's same-source withdrawal policy.
• z555 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large-value transactions.
• Funds deposited on z555 may not be transferred to another player's account.

• Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled or voided by the player after confirmation except at z555's sole discretion in cases of an obvious pricing error.
• z555 reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that the odds or game outcome were affected by a technical error, data feed error, or any other circumstance outside the normal operation of the Platform.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during a live event. Bets placed before a suspension is applied are valid. Bets submitted during a market suspension will not be accepted.
• The minimum bet stake across all markets is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event type and are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• Cricket match results for settlement purposes are determined by the official result declared by the relevant cricket board (PCB, ICC, or applicable domestic body).
